I am so out of shape. Holy Moses, out of shape. (And no comments from the peanut gallery about how I'm just the right shape or that you don't see anything wrong with me. That's not the point.) Kickboxing is also HARD. Makes me long for tennis...why doesn't Google have tennis courts? I suppose I could go hit on the Stanford courts, but, iirc, they're usually pretty booked. Well, that, and my racquet is in MA, but I guess I could have the parents ship it out to me.

Gah, everything is going to hurt tomorrow, I just know it....

I usually find running a half mile or more at a sprinting pace daily to work well. Fast, painful (as long as you keep extending the length run), and gets the job done.
