Continuing saga of Inga's voice.

Monday - lost voice
Tuesday - found it, gave it a good scolding
Wednesday - voice decided to go on vacation.
Thursday - voice in Tahiti
Friday - voice sending me lovely postcards, but still mostly missing...

Best part about this? Tomorrow, I have to DM the first session of my campaign. 5 hours of yelling at players. Whoo.

instead of yelling, you could hook up a projector to your comp and type big letters onto a wall or something :p hopefully you won't have to yell over anyone rude enough to make you raise your voice...

Seconded. I've actually found in my experience that, one you start playing, surprisingly little actual yelling is required.

Instead of yelling, you can blow a whistle or, if you lack a whistle, bang pots together really loudly. That will get their attention. Probably the neighbor's attention as well.

I GMed once with no voice. It was Friday's Fortune, too, which prominently featured a squeaky-voiced hyperactively nervous cabin boy. Things actually worked out okay, though.

Still, I hope yours comes back. Having no voice sucks.
