i went home this weekend, and managed to eat well and sleep well for the first time in weeks. it was kind of surprisingly nice, considering how much time i spent on the airplane and how little time on the ground. but i got to see my parents, watch an f1 race with them, and chill with my puppies. and then see jer and kim and people from the cave. I miss my MA boys/D&D group. interestingly enough, someone who is the best friend of one resident and the gf of another resident of the cave is moving to the bay area and working in menlo park...a whole mile away from my place - literally, i walk 2-3 blocks up ravenswood, and two down middlefield, and i think i'm there...small world.

fun times :) i do worry though--"managed to eat well and sleep well for the first time in weeks"...you shouldn't be put under that much stress out of school!

...it's all internal stress, though. no external pressure, really....scarily enough, i think i'm just neurotic - if it isn't broken, i'm damn well going to figure out how to make it so.

"You just have to be intelligent." you do realize how much this is asking of most people do you not? I meen take me for example. I have most likely already spelled 3 - 26 words wrong, and im considered one of the brighter people at my campus. I meen seriously thats a scary notion. I realize daily how much less inteligent I am than I had hoped, stupid growing world and knowledge base. It was awsome to see you even if it was brief and I was eating a serving bowl of potato salad and half-assedly playing wow. speaking of which whats Carolin's server, granted I'm not playing enough to work on more than one character at a time but whatever :) *hugs* already miss you again. hope to see you soon, if not by the time my lease runs out ;)

...but you're intelligent! everyone i know is intelligent. at least more than enough so for this job... the fact that you recognize that you don't know everything makes you more intelligent than a lot of people out there!

which reminds me, i need to find a demo copy of wow so i can see if it'll run on this computer... heh heh...
