so very very disappointed. kerry conceded this morning. compared to this, my e40 problem set just seems so incredibly irrelevent. here we are, having elected a warmongering president DELIBERATELY for a second term. We've lost credibility with nearly every country in the whole damn world, and yet, yet we continue to pursue the "fuck you, we're america" course. with no chance of reelection (unless he changes the damn constitution, which i don't think possible), bush isn't going to hold back; just wait for the alienation. and apparently, our age group's voter turnout was dismal. 18-29 yr olds made up 17% of the voting population. any guesses on how much of the population we empirically make up? more than 17%. And you know it's bad when the ex-KGB agent President Putin of Russia says that Bush is the only sensible choice.
