What I can't believe is that SGS passed up the opportunity to have a Halloween party - this seems like a fantastic excuse to dress up in costumes, and since I haven't seen many LARP announcements on the list, I don't think we've had many of those lately. Someone probably should have had a Halloween party last night.

(Not directed at you - that's directed at SGS in general, and in some sense to the adult world as a whole. I hate the idea that Halloween stops when you pass some magical age - why should kids have all the fun? Also I'm somewhat against the weird sexualization of Halloween that happens in the adult world. Anyway, I'm very pro-Halloween. If I'd been thinking of it a few weeks ago I would have made little orange and black ribbons for Halloween Awareness and handed them out in the USC equivalent of White Plaza.)
