prismakaosmy fish are sick. :(
like, falling over backwards and spiraling while swimming sick. :((
they were better this morning. :)
maybe they won't die! :))
seriously, i fed them http://www.petco.com/product/3399/Aquarium-Pharmaceuticals-Vacation-Fish-Feeder.aspx , which contains: Calcium sulfate, soybean meal, ground corn, fish meal, wheat middlings, poultry by-product meal, animal fat preserved with BHA, porcine meat meal, brewers dried yeast, menadione dimethylpyridinol bisulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, l-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate, dl-methionine, folic acid, cholecalciferol, calcium pantothenate, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate, biotin, vitamin A acetate, nicotinic acid, choline chloride, cyanocobalamin, zinc oxide, manganous oxide, ferrous carbonate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate, calcium iodate, calcium carbonate, cobalt carbonate, sodium selenite, preserved with ethoxyquin, methylparaben, propylparaben.
i think (hope) that they just ingested too much limestone-derivative and got gassy, causing them to want to swim upside down coz their bellies were lighter than the water.
fingers crossed. i don't want to have a fish funeral anytime soon.
