the power went out. the heat went away, and the phone died. got to love ice storms.

hope everyone's christmas days were a little less eventful than that.

It can't be worse than the ice storm that hit the northeast seven years ago, where friends of mine in Ottawa were without power for ten days in the dead of winter, when things were -25C out. Fortunately, most of the houses are quite old and have working fireplaces.

This spell calls forth an array of icicles and a flurry of snow to barrage victims in the area of effect for 3d6 Bludgeoning damage, and 2d6 cold damage +1d6 more cold damage for every 3 levels of the caster. If a domicile is targeted, this spell will also disrupt the flow of electrical, heat, and communication services for 4d6 hours.
