More or less my reaction, but I'm saying it to friends back east.

First one I've felt since coming out here.

I was wondering what that was! My cat was thoroughly confused.

TOTALLY didn't notice it. I was walking to a sushi restaurant at the time. When I got there they were talking about how the boat water had almost spilled and I was quite confused until someone filled me in.

"Hey, an earthquake."
"Yeah.

....

Hmm, it's still going on."
"Yeah."

I love being from California : )

lol, exactly. I regret being on the highway at the time and therefore not feeling it |-[. Can you believe I haven't felt one since I lived in Loro in 2002?

That's the last one I felt, too. At least I'd presume it was the same one. I don't think we've had any large-ish ones since.

There was one of similar shakiness sometime within the last year, but I think it was only a 4-something or a very low 5. I didn't even feel the 2002 one - it was funny to come out into the hall to find all the out-of-state'rs excited about it, though.

Them:
"Everything was shaking... I tried to get under the doorway, but it happened so fast..."
Me:
"Earthquake?"
