(no subject)

a week. it's been almost a week? i think.

and i thought i could survive THREE months of this? oh dear. perhaps it'll be better when i get back from rome. home is still home, at least, and the dogs are still cool, but i didn't go home for spring break this year, so my affinity for my parents' living is a little low.

on the other hand, rent is free, the food is excellent, and it's very low key. and it will remain so until i get back from rome, at which point my parents will be all "get a job" and i'll move back to cali. or to boston. or to dc. at this point, i have friends in all three areas. and boston's such a great city....

anyway, happy summer to everyone. to the grads: by the gods, we made it. we're done. time to go live it up. ;)

Being back at my parents' house (where I actually am right now) is always a trip. I never minded during college, but after I started living on my home, it was TRIPPY being back. I think I was just so used to being in a different house. But free rent is always good. Huge, actually.

Yes yes, come to Boston! It's awesome here. Especially for the 20-30 age range!
