I actually don't think that my getting more sleep can ever be a bad thing. In this case, though, it's not so much that I need *more* sleep as I need *better* sleep. Being a little anxious to sleep in my hotel room and dreaming of comforting things means that I tend to wake up frequently and somewhat wistful. As you can imagine, this doesn't provide me with oodles of good solid rest.
